I'm curious about the long ages reported in Genesis 5 and 11.
Has this been discussed on the list before? (if so, tell me when
and I'll look at the archives)
Do you think people really lived that long then, or has it been
fictionalized or exaggerated, or were their "years" shorter than our
365-day years, or...?
If they did live longer, why? A genetic difference (in telomeres
or "aging genes" or...) or a difference in their environment, or...?
