Re: Signs of the Times?

Earthquakes" urban legend. No one offerred any opinions
about the other "signs of the times" which I asked about
(e.g., lots of people claiming to be Christ, false prophets,
wars, famine, pestilence, persecution of Christians, the
Gospel preached in all the world). But I suppose most of
these would not be supported with any hard data (except for
the preaching of the Gospel in all the world).
So now I am in a quandry and would like to ask for some
advice. I was asked at church to write a skit about the signs
of the times. The setting is two men in a park, one reading
the newspaper, the other reading the Bible. The guy reading
the paper finds out that everything in the paper is
prophecied in the Bible! Now it appears that it may not
really be honest to write a skit like that. So how can I
change it so it still gets across an evangelical message but
in an honest way? By tapping the resources of the ASA I'll
bet I can write a skit that the church will never forget!
