I don't know where this rumor about rising earthquake frequency
came from, but you should know that a couple of years ago someone at the
Institute for Creation Research published a report on this question
(in an Impact article) and its conclusion was also negative. On this
point, at least, ICR was objective and simply reported that there is
no evidence of increasing earthquake frequency or intensity.
