    On the other hand, stupid person living next door is good: stupid person
    in another state is bad?

    The problem is the public school system, not the teaching material. Let's
    dissolve the public school system and go private. There will be plenty of
    money to educate even poor kids because controlling a kid's undergraduate
    education is buying a future voter.
