Ok, I'll give you the fitting, at least in shaping a granite block, but the
lifting I disagree with, as well as actually positioning the blocks tightly
together. Sure, maybe for some layers the cranes would help, but have you
checked the height of the pyramids? The cranes would be falling over or not
able to reach in a hurry. How would you slide one block into position?
Remember they weigh many tons.
