JQ: I was asked to give references to literature showing that evolution
had not occured. I am happy to say that this information is not hard to
find. One of the following books will probably be at your immediate
disposal.
The University of Texas at Austin hosts one of the largest
libraries in the south(USA). It's current holdings are estimated to be at
7 million volumes. Among these are extensive historical holdings. Out of
all of these books history shows that humans and animals have not evolved.
Some people are short, some tall, some wide and some have different size
noses. But as far as history can reach back there is no evidence of
evolution. A dog is still a dog and a cat is still a cat. Humans are
still humans.

Poor example since you have not provided evidence that this is the case.
You are merely comparing the existance of dogs, cats and humans in the
past and present. So not only have you failed to provide with a referenec
to literature that evolution has not occured. But you base it on the
assumption that the existance of similar animals over time suggests
absence of evolution. Not to mention that your 'data' covers a minute
amount of history of the earth. 1/1,000,000th of the time. So you are
ignoring an aweful lot of data in favour of a questionable interpretation
of historical books.

So in short, no reference, no evidence.
