Hmmm Sex drive?

We could get real crazy here and say that eye color is the result of
mutation. The context of the discussion was fin to feet, or the result of
all life mutating through amphibians. That is a lot different from
grafting various apple branches on existing apple tree branches to get
different colored apples. They are still apples. What about examples of
a positive mutation in macro evolution?
