I'm here. I'm also very busy at the moment.
You're right, the review was very poor, and lazy. The author didn't
do the work to understand Behe's views. He critiques a straw-Behe.
I'm too busy to write a response myself, but if someone wants to
write one and bounce it off me for suggestions, I'll be glad
to help.
