incompatible?

Dennis,

I could not agree with you more. I think your conclusion brings us full circle
back to the posting that started this particular discussion. When Elaine Turner
wrote "The theory of evolution . . . neither proves nor disproves the divine
origin of life . . ." And to the first posting that I sent to this list that
read "Whatever the facts, principles, or circumstances that the investigation
of the evolution theory produces. . . . creation will be able to adjust"

And as long as interpretation of creation is able to adjust, then the two will
be able to co-exist. I write this because of the discussion of "random,
purposeless design" brought up by Jim Bell. Glenn Morton asks "what fact [of
random, purposeless design] would be incompatible with intelligent design, not
what theory"

These facts would be Rudimentary organs, Rudimentary characters, and
Variability in humans if Christian creationism was unable to adjust. This is
true because if God created humans - poof - in his image, from a plan, these
three facts would not make much sense. But if we are to be more liberal with
the term "divine origin of life" then nothing can disprove it.
