Happy New Year everyone!

I've "super-archived" the November to December archive. For those of you
who haven't discovered this yet. You can get to the previous archives at
the top of the web page under the link called Other Mail Archives
(http://www.calvin.edu/~grayt/evolutionURLs)

I'll be doing this super-archiving every two or three months depending on
the size of the most recent archive. Obviously, this arbitrarily interrups
some threads, but they are there. For anyone interested in doing so, wthin
a post you can refer to a previous post by giving the URL for that post.
When the post becomes archived the archving program converts a properly
formated URL (http://...) into its HTML link so that it is active in the
archive. This is true of HTML in general; if you know HTML and want to
embed HTML into your posts they will appear formatted in the archive (they
might look a little funny as regular email messages). For those of you who
include Tables and ascii figures (Glenn, this is for you especially), if
you put <pre> before your ascii figure and </pre> after your ascii figure,
the ascii figure will remain formatted in the archive.

Sincerely,
Terry M. Gray
