A list of all available commands can be obtained by sending a message to
majordomo@calvin.edu with the word
help
in the body of the message. You will receive the various possible commands
including
subscribe <listname> (evolution in our case)
unsubscribe <listname>
who <listname> (returns a list of the email addresses of all
subscribers)
lists (other lists available at this server)
info <listname> (information about this list)
I'm giving you these commands from memory since I'm on the road, so I hope
