I don't bite. I just make people uncomfortable. :-) You really should read
a few of my posts. Once in a while I actually present a decent case from the
evolutionary perspective. If you are going to be involved on the creationist
side, you should try to become intimately familiar with the evidence advanced
by your opponents. To be less informed can not possibly be a useful debating
technique.

No, he cites the fact that there are many fewer differences between chimp and
humans in the ZFY intron as evidence that something is causing this region to
be conserved. Thus the rate of replacement for this section of the Y
chromosome is much lower than for other parts of the chromosome. This makes
it useless for what Ross was using it for. This is not circular.
