Mail problems

Sorry about the continued mail problems. I have removed one user from the
list who seemed to be the culprit address. I hope that this problem
doesn't continue too long. We are planning a switch to majordomo for this
listserv which may give a bit more stability.

In the meantime, if you get unsubscribed, just resubscribe. Consider it as
a test of how much you really want to be part of the group.
