Hi everyone,

Anyone who continues to post or respond to posts on this thread will
be placed on "moderated" status.

Also, this decision is not up for discussion on the list. Anyone who
posts comments on-list about this decision will also be placed on
"moderated" status.

Being on moderated status means that I will have to approve all of
your posts before they go through to the list--which usually involves
significant delay even for legitimate posts.
