    I looked up the reference. The essay is available under the title The Seeing Eye in the collection Christian Reflections. I have also seen a smaller collection of Lewis essays titled The Seeing Eye, which included this essay under the same title. My previous post covered his basic points relating to the theological status of extraterrestrials.

    With regard to the argument that it is presumptuous to think that the incarnation here would be crucial to folks on other planets, Lewis notes that if a single incarnation applies to multiple planets, it has to occur somewhere.
