    I'm working from memory on this, but I believe that the Turkish group BAV
    referred to below has a relationship with ICR, and that they have arranged
    for some ICR materials to be translated into Turkish and distributed freely
    around that country. If anyone has some definitive information that can
    confirm or correct my memory, I should be happy to hear of it.
