I think unmoderated with warnings and then the chop is best.
As one contributing and listening from Britain I do not like unpleasant
comments against people . Having met a good number on a visit to the USA I
like and respect many contributors and often disagree with them. I do not
like disagreement leading to slagging off. The ASA is a big tent with an
open door and long may it (and the CIS) stay that way.
Perhaps the best way to deal with agression is total silence.
