    OK, many thanks. I now remember that my friend in St.Andrews was Alec Brown,
    who went to Colorado. I also happen to know someone else called Gordon Brown
    who lives in Scotland, and is also not the Chancellor of the Exchequer.

    Incidentally, one way of fighting back in an argument with a YEC is to say
    that if he interprets the Hebrew word "yom" to mean a 24 hour day of creation
    in Genesis, why does he not also interpret "raqiaa" to mean a solid dome or
    vault, as in firmament? If a literal interpretation of Genesis is going to
    be employed, it should be done consistently.
