    Of course one possible way to avoid a problem with this (in addition to the
    already-mentioned distinction between foreknowing and foreordaining, and I'm
    sure there are others) would be for the "subjection" to be voluntary on God's
    part. That would be consistent with the kenotic view of God's character
    advocated by George Murphy and others.
