In the past there has been some grumpiness about the state of the
archives of the ASA mail list, but I noticed that they now look to be
current and easy to find. Good work Kyle. And now if we could have the
author search by last instead of first name. Really I wanted to check on
some posting of my students on a big biology list (equine-l) and the contrast
of having to send two or three messages to listserve software and then
getting a mail message of all the messages of a month makes Calvin's way
of doing it on the web really shine. In any case you can

PS It looks like August 1997 messages got missed but the rest seem to be
all there in good shape.
