What about the NT God who only accepts those who believe in Jesus Christ as
their Saviour? Think of the wise and foolish maidens going to the wedding
in the NT. Or Paul in Rom.8, 1Cor.5, John in Revelaations.
Even when we talk here via the Internet, whole populations in Africa are
annihilated. Why does God allow that?
I am reminded of Job 38: "Where you there, when I laid the foundations of
the earth?" Or Job 40:1 " Shall a faultfinder contend with the Almighty?
He who argues with God let him answer it." (RSV) Read the whole book, and
then we have to answer with Job: (42:3) "Therfore I have uttered whaat I
did not understand."
All this should be read in context of course.
