Well, now I've gone and done it. My last posting has generated requests for my
paper, which means I'll have to figure out how to get it (the file is under the
control of the journal's editor, & I'll have to pry it loose or something like
that). I don't even know the circulation of the journal, so I can't tell you if
you're close enough to a library or individual who has one. I've seen our
seminary librarian do a lot of inter-library loan requests on the 'net, so I
suppose you could get it that way. But I'll see what I can do about getting it
online.
