"No Final Conflict", Francis A. Schaeffer, 1975, Intervarsity Press, 48 pgs.
The subtitle is "The Bible without error in all that it affirms"
ISBN is 0-87784-408-9.

In this booklet Schaeffer states that, as the title suggests, there can
be no conflict between the four revelations from God (Universe, Man, Christ,
Word), specifically: "if both studies can be adequately pursued, there
will be no final conflict."

In terms of the age of the earth, he states: "If anyone wonders what my own
position is, I really am not sure whether the days in Genesis 1 should be
taken as twenty-four hours or as periods. It seems to me that from a
study of the Bible itself one could hold either position." (pg 30)

He also states that the genealogies are not chronologies.
