Thanks for your collective help. Here are the questions still
outstanding:

1) Should I have Kitcher's "Abusing Science" listed as a fair secular
critique of the young earth position? Is it any good? Is the author
fair to Christianity?
2) Don DeGraaf says that the IBRI Catelog does not indicate any
official connection to the seminary (Biblical Theological Seminary). I
would like to use such a connection as it helps in conservative
circles, but if the connection is not official, I cannot say much and
the papers they publish are just more stuff put out by compromising
scientists (in YECS minds). Does anyone know the true relationship? Or
can someone put me in touch with Bob Newmann?
3) Can someone tell me Francis Schaeffer's position
regarding the age of the
earth and evolution is the book "No Final Conflict"? Also, the full
bibliographic reference is needed.
4) One reference to Evangelical Affirmations says the publisher is
Academie Books. Another says it is "Academic Books Zondervan". Are
these the same? Certainly, the Zondervan name carrys weight in
evangelical circles so I want to use it if possible.
