our 2006-meeting is over, but we now have
a travel-page for ASA's annual meeting in 2008.

This service is for long-distance rides (like from Madison to Calvin), not rides from the airport (or bus station) to Calvin.

If you might want to share a ride, plus conversation and expenses, as a driver or rider, email the information to me — about location and timing,... (please put "RIDE BOARD" in the subject-field so I can find the message if it gets spam-filtered, and write your description the way you want it to appear) — and I'll post it below.

from Madison, Wisconsin:  I now have a ride to the conference on Friday, but here is what I wrote in May, in case you're leaving a dzay earlier and have room for me.  —  I would like a ride from Madison to Calvin, leaving Thursday morning (July 27) and returning Monday afternoon or evening (July 31).  Or, if nobody is driving Thursday, traveling Friday is another option.  Craig Rusbult, email-available-soon

( I'm surprised there haven't been any requests — ?? )  At this late time, if you want to check for long-distance possibilities your best chance is to check the list of registrants (as of July 3) sent out by Carol on July 3 and arriving three weeks ago, so you can directly contact people (by email or telephone) who might be able to share traveling with you.  Craig
