[asa] Fetal tissue for adult skin treatment

Has anyone heard of using "cultured fetal skin cells" to treat burns and
ulcer?

Apparently, at University Hospital of Lausanne they are doing just that.

It is not clear to me exactly how they are getting the "fetal skin cells."

Can anyone explain this in some detail?
