Murray,

I had been wondering lately if someone had been trying very hard to the
ASA into the Lollipop Guild. ;)~

PS. I'm glad to see the humor. I have been thinking for quite some time
that ahem, ahem, certain people, ahem, are basically just laughing at
most members of the list - baiting them and making a joke out of them. Can
this be the real reason Dennis L withdrew - not because he doesn't want to
talk to the asa list people, but because he doesn't want to talk with anyone
who is trying to make a fool of him? There was once a rumor that anyone
with a shed of dignity would withdraw from such heckling as it is a waste
of time.

next up... Lollipop Guild members in guerrilla suits quoting poetry and
theology outside state science standards meetings? tsk tsk Only in
Kansas.
