Fair question. I overstated the facts. I was being overly pessimistic
about the likely ripple effects of the Dover trial for later judgments. I
should have said: "Teachers aren't *in the Dover area* legally allowed to
teach such things, *and*, if the judiciary in other jurisdictions uses the
Dover trial as precedent, teachers won't legally be allowed to teach such
things *anywhere else*."
