Some suggested ground rules for the dabate:
1. Trolling is not welcome. If you post something, be prepared and
willing to defend it.
2. Fluffing is not welcome. That's a lot like trolling, but more insidious.
3. Links to interest group websites and articles (generally) are not welcome.
4. Arguments should be summarized when at all possible.
5. Nobody is entitled to his or her own set of facts. If the data is
in dispute, start there.
6. Misrepresentation of a scientific paper is the 8th deadly sin.
