I got interrupted by BBQ. Let me try to be a bit more clear if I can.

Previously I had said, "I myself personally wouldn't be a bit surprised to
discover the future will be inhabited by the miscarried and aborted and
prematurely dead. In the overall scheme God surely takes care of their
destiny."

To be clear: I am talking about the general resurrection here.
Resurrection is physical of course. It takes God's direct intervention in
the universe. This is how death will be overcome. It is the ultimate
macroevolution.
