Well, basically, I can see Australian's pronouncing "Safartism" as follows;
Rush the first syllable, emphasise the second, add "ism" as a suffix.
And knowing already how Australians syllabalize "Safarti" (which might be the needed clue here), we get;
s'-FAHT-ism
Where "FAHT" sounds like...
