Thanks for the correction of the nationality.
As to your answer, there is one problem springing from the ambiguity of
"or". Is it inclusive disjunction or exclusive disjunction? This relates
to a second problem: is the conjunction of the two terms exhaustive? They
do seem to be exclusive in common usage.
