Also for what's it worth, Hugh Ross attempts to offer not so much a naturalistic explanation for miracles but a plausible understanding of how what seems miraculous to us is simply perspective and not a limitation to God by the use of multiple time dimensions in his book Beyond the Cosmos. Although mostly speculation, it does serve in my opinion to potentially take some of the hocus pocus out of the supernatural for most scientific minded readers and make it something that can conceivably exist.

Ironically however, Ross was taken to task on this by William Lane Craig when he reviewed this book and from memory it seemed it was over a perceived trivializing of the resurrection if I am not mistaken.
