I think Ted's quote may have more punch if it was written to be understood for lesser creatures. I had to read it about three times, and I think I may now have a hint of what it means.

This is an excellent summary of much of what I have been trying to state
about the necessity of distinguishing divine action from the natural
processes and agents through which God acts.
