Let's see, Genesis describes a flood, Christ said there was a flood (MT.
24:38-39, Lu. 17:27), and Peter said there was a flood (2 Pet. 2:5), but
that's just the Bible - who believes those characters? Then, of course,
there is the Sumerian King List, Atrahasis, Ziusudra and the Eleventh tablet
of Gilgamesh, but those are Akkadians and Sumerians. What do they know?
Then we have water-laid clay deposits found in various Mesopotamian cities
by Wooley, Mallowan, Langdon and Watelin, but those are archaeologists - who
trusts those guys? Then there are early historical authors such as
Berossus, Josephus, Hieronymus the Egyptian, Mnaseas, and Nicolas of
Damascus who referenced the flood, but they are all long dead.

So proceed with the "no flood" position. I'm sure you'll do fine.
