There are a lot of gems buried in the paper. I missed the first time the
brilliant pun on
"Slices" of π

I wonder if the table of "measured" values of pi and the accompanying graph
in Fig 1 are a sly dig at Barry Setterfield's "Speed of light decay" theory?
