There's a chapter on this is the forthcoming (April) book
Religion and Geology ed Kohl-Elbert Geol Soc of London April 2008
This book looks interesting with 30 chapters , at least 6 by Christians, 2 from the ASA, one by Rudwick and 2 by me.
And of course a virulent atheist
