Yes. Ely Rabett was joking about who reports to who, but NASA?s organization
does appear to have been reorganized since Theon left.
Also, Gavin Schmidt was not responding directly to Rabett?s comments on
Deltoid blog, but after initially sounding skeptical about Theon?s role,
Schmidt did later write on RealClimaet.org that Theon may have been in
charge of

got how much money,? Schmidt wrote at Real Climate.
To be clear, Schmidt was not specifically referring to or reacting to
