An appendix to my earlier post on this thread. Whether or not a person believes in origin of humanity from a single couple doesn't determine whether or not he or she is a "theistic evolutionist" in common parlance. Dick Fisher and Glenn Morton, e.g., both of whom argue in different ways for an "historical Adam," are certainly considered TEs.
