Perhaps you (or if you are uncomfortable doing so --a list moderator)
should email the alleged sender back to confirm if, indeed, he is the
sender. It is tragic if a relationship is wrecked by a spoofed email
from a third party. And if someone is using my email address to send
messages, I would certainly want to know about it.
