Maybe I miss your point. It is not clear what you mean by small integer,
but in another post you gave an example in which one of the coefficients
was 12. If I allow small integer to mean any from -12 to +12 and take p
and q both in this range, my hasty calculations show that there are 312
positive multiples of three that are values of 105p+99q. The largest of
these is 2448, and so these 312 values come from a set of 816 possible
multiples of three, i.e. you are getting 13/34 of the possible multiples
of three. Then if you look at values of 105p+99q+r with r fairly small,
imagine how many more numbers you can get.
