[asa] Re: Burning crosses in Mt Vernon

Daubenmire, personal friend of Freshwater appeared on Geraldo. When he
stammered "Geraldo, do you know that Christianity continues to be
removed from the classroom" followed by a denial that Freshwater
burned these crosses in the fore arms, arguing that this was merely a
science experiment, I came to the conclusion that a friend should
consider carefully to what extent one is willing to defend and excuse.
Truly sad to see how they end up making Christians and Christianity
look foolish.

Note that the coach also argued that Freshwater attempted to insert ID
into the curriculum since it was a requirement to teach the
controversy. Little did he know that the state standard is for 10th
not 8th grade, that the standard was revoked and that Freshwater had
been instructed by the school board to stop teaching this nonsense.
