I think it is important to strongly denounce those you may think are
wrong, because silence can let their false message get through. I think
the YEC "science" should be strongly denounced as it is leading many
astray... setting them up for a fall. I'm trying to still survive that
fall. I don't think we should call their faith into question, but their
"science" needs to be strongly and gently corrected, esp. when they say
things like "there is no DNA evidence for evolution from ape-like
creature to man." But after correcting their science, you also need to
tell them the right science and how that affects theology... which is
the tricky part (the new theology, based on evolutionary science info
where relevent).

Perhaps, but I've yet to hear a TE call the faith of a YEC or IDer into
question or publicly advocate "bloodletting." If you know of instances I
may not be aware of, feel free to point them out - I'd be interested.

What exactly does Dembski hope to achieve with this approach? Death
threats against TEs? Roughing them up a bit in the shadows? I find this
language highly disturbing - not that Dembski himself might do same, but
that some less-than-rational follower might take him at his word.
