For those who were interested -- I see that only a few have registered on
the site. If you'd like to participate, and got the book, please register
(if you'd like to participate and haven't gotten in touch with me yet about
registering, let me know). Meanwhile, let's read Part I (chapters 1-5) over
the next two weeks. Shortly, I'll post a few "starter" discussion questions
