Just a general comment:
The IPCC reports are all available online. Many of the documents are
specifically written for policy makers and not climate specialists,
so they are not incomprehensible to the non-specialist. The
technical papers are there also.
The IPCC process is incredibly thorough and addresses all known
relevant factors (including those that cannot at present be
effectively modeled). I know of no scientific document that has
received the intensity of peer review and oversight as the IPCC
reports. The work of literally thousands of individuals is
incorporated into the reports.
If anyone is seriously interested in this topic they should at least
look at the summary documents.
