Substitute "space" for "time" and it may become more clear how to view time.
Space and time were separate absolutes prior to Einstein. But he discovered
that only spacetime (space and time woven together into one) is an absolute,
not separate from each other.

I know this "outside of time" posit is pretty common. But since you and
a few others seem clear on this, in what way would you think that God
and time are interrelated such that time can be a part of Creation, but
at the same time not be in some way a part of the presence and reality
of the Creator? Just askin...... I am just a little suspicious of that
assertion (it is just that, isn't it?).
