[asa] Invitation to participate in survey

Theologian Ted Peters (CTNS) has asked me to announce the following.

He has designed a survey to test the following hypothesis: if we should
confirm contact with extraterrestrial intelligent life, then traditional
religious beliefs would confront a crisis and collapse. He is soliciting
opinions on this matter from individuals in various religious traditions,
and he is inviting ASA members to participate.
