The original paper is in Nature. Although the figure claims that one
lizard genome is now available, the chicken is the only diapsid
(reptile+bird, not counting certain extinct reptile-like things) with
a well-studied complete genome, so reported similarities to birds
should be considered in that light.

The phylogenetic diagram in the summary article in Nature contains a
number of peculiarities.
