I'll toss in my 2c on this issue. IMHO the Haarsma book is
outstanding. Although I've followed origins controversies for many
yeras (decades?), I found myself LEARNING from this volume. I urge
other ASA members and friends to quickly buy their own copy.

Kudos to the authors.
