[asa] ISSR on ID

I recently was invited to become a member of ISSR. As I joined, they were just finalizing a statement on ID. There is an opportunity for members to comment. I'd like to hear your views on the statement to help me decide whether any comments are in order. The statement, as well as information about what ISSR is, can be found here.
